Do you charge sales tax?
We only charge sales tax to Canadian customers.
Why was my credit card declined?
Occasionally, our customers have had their perfectly valid credit cards or purchasing cards declined on our site by their banks. This may be due to a restriction placed on the card for internet purchases or some other restriction beyond our control. If this has happened to you, you have options.
Some corporate purchasing or accounting departments put restrictions on purchasing cards using a “Positive Pay” type system, or they only allow purchases from certain vendors on a list. This is done to reduce fraud.
Please call the department responsible for your purchasing card to see if this is the case. Have the details of the transaction, such as the amount and our company name, Bottomline Safety Inc, ready for them to authorize it.
Once they tell you it will be okay to process, please retry the transaction. At this point, it should go through without issue. If Bottomline Safety needs to act to get on an approved vendor list, please contact us. We will happily and quickly fill out any necessary forms.
If this is not the case, you may still purchase by company check on approved credit. Please send your order requirements by email and a representative will be in touch to process your order. A $300 minimum order is preferred for corporate check purchases.
Contact your bank and have them authorize purchases from us, Bottomline Safety Inc through www.BottomlineSafety.com, our gateway partner Bambora and/or Paypal.

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
