How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Orders begin processing immediately. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. You may try calling us at 1.877.245.3177 and leaving a message, sending an email with your order number and changes required, or starting an online chat and we will do our best to catch it. Once an order has shipped, our Return Policy applies.
How do I track my order?
We strive to send shipping confirmations as soon as we receive them from our warehouse and manufacturing partners. Most shipping confirmations include tracking information. If you didn’t receive tracking details or a shipment confirmation and would like to know the status of an order, please contact us.
My order never arrived.
This is highly unusual but should this occur, please contact us and we will work to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
An item is missing from my shipment.
Occasionally, products will come in multiple shipments. This most often occurs if you are ordering different brands of footwear for instance or if there is a stock shortage in one portion of your order in one warehouse. If you are concerned, please contact us and we will look into what has occurred with your order.
When will my backorder arrive?
Backorders occasionally occur and we strive to let customers know prior to a purchase of any anticipated order delays. However, this is not always possible due to raw component supply fluctuations with our vendor partners. Many items we list are made to order! If we learn your product is back ordered, we will contact you. If you can not wait, just let us know and we will promptly offer alternate solutions and/or refund your money.
