How do I create an account?
Repeat customers may choose to have their login information saved for future orders.
If you have ordered from us in the past, prior to January of 2019, you may find you need to re-create your account as we have changed secure storefront platforms and not all accounts may have migrated correctly. If you need access to old order history, you may contact us and we can manually check old orders.
If you wish to create a corporate account for purchasing on payment terms, or you need to have paperwork completed on your end, you may contact us for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
Click the “Login” link in the top navigation bar of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
For orders shipping to the continental US and Canada, the cost is automatically calculated before you submit your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
For international orders, special arrangements must be made. Please see: Do you ship to my country? for more details.
I forgot my password
Click the “Login” link at the top navigation of our site. Under the login box, you’ll see a link that says, “Lost your password?” Click here. That link will enable you to reset your password. Please note if you registered prior to January 2019, you may need to re-register.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product so we may correct any errors as soon as possible.

When will my order ship?
We strive to ship orders as soon as possible after they are received. Many of our items are made to order by our manufacturing partners and require some lead time, which can fluctuate depending on many factors.
Generally, please assume delivery within the continental US and Canada may up to 14 business days from the date of the order. If you require the product more urgently, please contact us and we can advise you on current lead times and investigate expedited freight options.
If you are a United States customer, and you are shipping your order outside of the continental US, e.g., Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc., please see our International Shipping Policies. We know you’re a part of the US, but sadly, the freight carriers don’t treat shipments to your area as such!
