Standard Return Policy

Important: you must contact us at rma@bottomlinesafety.com for instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization number on all returns or exchanges. We will provide you a return address in the US or Canada depending on your location at the time of the RMA request.

Exchanges

If by any chance you require different sizes for your workers, unworn merchandise can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of the order. Return shipping both ways will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Product isn’t quite right for you at all? That’s ok.

Just send the unused merchandise back at your expense and we’ll refund you the amount of your purchase, less our shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee, which is calculated on the order total. This simply covers our costs.

You must have the Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) that we provide you and your name clearly printed on the outside of the return shipping packaging to receive a refund. The item must be received in sell-able condition and the return must be received within 30 days from the date of the order. Items received in unsellable condition will be returned at the customer’s expense. (Unsellable items include items that are dirty or worn.)

If you have purchased a Free Shipping item and request a refund, the refund processed will be less our cost for shipping and returns handling (which starts at $10.99) plus a 15% restocking fee.


Final Sale Items

All custom ordered products and clearance items (as indicated on your receipt with a dagger †) are FINAL SALE, but the manufacturer’s warranty still applies. If you have concerns about the quality of a product you have received, please contact us. We will do our best to help you make it right with the manufacturer. Any footwear item bought on Free Shipping is final sale if the footwear being covered has not been measured prior to ordering. Although we will make every attempt to contact you prior to shipping an order without a measurement, if we cannot reach you in 2 business days, the order will ship and will become final sale.
